No, we will select the most suitable carrier based on destination country, package weight, and other factors.
We work with reliable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
All shipments are door-to-door, and we use direct carrier accounts for better service control.
Where can't we ship to?

Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
For all standard products (sample, curtain rods), orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order is shipped. Once shipped, you will be advised of the tracking number.
For all made-to-order items:
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled after production begins can still be cancelled, but only a 30% refund will be issued.
- Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns (if applicable)
Since curtains are handmade and customized specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns unless there are quality issues.
If there are quality issues such as wrong size, wrong color, or other product mistakes, please contact us within 30 days. We will remake the curtains or find another satisfactory solution.
If you measured your window/door incorrectly and received curtains that don’t fit perfectly, contact us and we will work with you on the best solution. We offer 20% off on a second set (valid within 30 days after receiving your first order).
Can I Return?
- Fabric swatches and sample booklets are not returnable.
- Made-to-measure drapes are not returnable if they were made to your original order details.
Non-returnable/Non-refundable Conditions:
- Misunderstood the image of the product
- Items made accurately but do not fit
- Drapes are too heavy
- Not the color you wanted
- Change of mind / No longer needed
- Not the quality you wanted

- Wrong size (±1 inch tolerance is acceptable)

Refunds (Only for Curtain Rods)
After returning the product, please email support@veilcurtain.com with a trackable tracking number. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 days after receipt and inspection. It may take 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
Shipping Cost for Returns (Only for Curtain Rods)
Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund = Order Amount – (Handling + Packing + Shipping Fees)
These costs amount to 30% of the order, so you'll receive 70% of the original order value.
Package Lost
If your package is lost during transit, we will work with the courier to locate it. If the package cannot be found, we will resend the order. Please note, refunds are not accepted in such cases.

FAQs
For pleated curtains, we will suggest the curtain width is 1x of the curtain rod/track, measuring the length from the eyelet ring where the curtain hooks are attached.

For pleated curtains, the panel width is the width that pleats are already set. 2X-2.3X fabric fullness in default to create pleats and folds.
- 2x Fullness for pinch pleat, tailor pleat, inverted pleat, and goblet style.
- 2.3x Fullness for triple pleat and triple tailor pleat style.
And panel width is from the left pleat end to the right pleat end, instead of the left curtain side hem to the right curtain side hem.
For pleats are permanently sewn to make, we normally make them in 200-230% fullness. For example, if rod or track length is 100 inches, you may order 2 panels each 50 inches width for pinch pleated, tailor pleated header style. You could also order more width if you prefer more fullness.
When it comes to pleated curtains, the panel width refers to the width with pre-set pleats, and typically requires 1.8X-2.2X fabric usage to create pleats and folds. Furthermore, the panel width is measured from the left pleat end to the right pleat end rather than from the left curtain side hem to the right curtain side hem.
Typically, the stacking width makes up 20% of the ordered width, which is why we advise taking it into account when determining the appropriate rod length to ensure that the window opening is fully visible when the drapery is opened.
The permanent stitching of pleats makes it unnecessary to add more width to achieve fullness. Our standard fullness for pleats is between 180-220%. Therefore, if you're going for a pleated header style and your rod or track measures 100 inches, you might consider ordering two panels, each 50 inches wide.
When using pleated header styles like pinch pleat, inverted pleated box, ensure that the maximum finished curtain width without seam is 56 inches for curtain lengths above 108 inches. For lengths below 108 inches, there is no requirement for a seam, irrespective of the finished width. However, if the finished width exceeds this limit, it will be necessary to use double-width curtains with a vertical seam. When using pleated header styles like triple pleat, ensure that the max finished curtain width without seam is 50 inches for lengths above 108 inches. If the length is less than 108 inches, no seam is required, regardless of the finished width. But if the curtain's finished width exceeds this limit, you will need to use double-width curtains with a vertical seam.
With your order, you'll receive plastic adjustable pin hooks that enable 3 inches of curtain length adjustment. However, you'll have to buy rod rings separately.
